Sampling Production
DESIGN SERVICES: Our design team can create flat designs or factory standard tech packs. We will work closely with you to translate your ideas into designs.
PATTERNS & GRADING: As well as having a library of standard fits that are created by us and updated periodically to follow trends, we can create your custom fits and graded sizes. The custom size charts we provide you with will automatically work out the grading based on your provided measurements for a chosen size. Our experienced pattern maker will then create the paper toils based on the final measurements.
SAMPLING: This is a crucial part of the process and allows you to test the materials, the fit, the branding application and the functionality of your garment before placing a bulk order. We want you to be certain on the details before proceeding with a bulk order.
Bulk Goods Production
PRODUCTION: After the sample is tested and any changes or tweaks are discussed, we create an order form as a final confirmation so that we can proceed with your bulk order where each garment is carefully crafted by our experienced production team.
PRODUCT FINISHING: We offer full package production which includes neck labels, hang tags, packaging and any requested trims.
QUALITY CONTROL: As well as having our in house quality control checks we work with an external company for additional checks with a fresh set of eyes to ensure our high standards on finished products are met.
FREIGHT: We work closely with freight agents and global couriers to ensure you get different options and competitive prices.

Step 1: Get Quote

Step 2: Confrim Sample
Get the detail design information about fabric, color, pinting, logo and anything about the underwear. Then we will make the sample and send to you.
Step 3: Bulks Production
We will produce the bulk goods according to the confirmed sample after you pay for 30% bulks cost. The production time is about 14 days.
Step 4: Goods Delivery
After production complete, we send a Quality Inspection Report. After pay remaining cost and shipping cost, we send the product with the shipping method you requested.
